Responsible storytelling starts with respecting real people.

This page explains how Humans of Ngo Quyen receives suggestions, handles contact information, asks for consent, and supports correction or removal requests.

Updated: 05/06/2026

1. When you send a suggestion

We read suggestions to discover people, memories, and stories worth listening to within the Ngo Quyen High School community.

Your name and contact information are used only to follow up if needed. They are not shown publicly on the website.

If you do not leave contact information, we will still read the suggestion, but we may not be able to verify details or ask follow-up questions.

2. Consent before publishing

A story or photo about a real person should be published only when the person, or the relevant right holder, has agreed.

Community suggestions are not published automatically. The HONQ team reads, checks, edits, and asks for permission before publishing suitable content.

When a story involves students, sensitive details, or personal images, we prioritize the person’s safety and dignity over publishing quickly.

3. Correction, removal, or withdrawal

If you are the person in a story, the suggester, or someone directly related, you can contact us to request a correction, addition, or removal.

We review these requests with respect, especially when content may be misleading, affect privacy, or no longer be appropriate.

4. Technical data

The website may record minimal technical data such as form submission time, IP address, or browser details to prevent spam, protect the CMS, and investigate security incidents.

This data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to track personal behavior beyond system operation and protection.

Need to correct or remove content?

Please contact HONQ through the Contact page. The clearer you are about the page, requested change, and reason, the faster we can handle it.
